The high standard level of Australian Universities is internationally known, and that is very easy to understand this, because:

To receive a Bachelor’s Award at an Australian University, takes in average 3 years, with a possible fourth year of Honours Degree focused in research.

What do you need to do to get in?
Some pre-requisites:

  • Have completed at least 1 year at any university, or equivalent to year 12 or Vocational Course;
  • 6.0 to 7.0 at IELTS examination, or completed the above courses in English language.

Does not have the educational pre-requisites?
You could undertake a Foundation Year (equivalent to year 12) or choose a Certificate or Diploma course that suits the professional field you are wishing to study at university.

If you are not sure about your level of English to start a course at an Australian university, remember that most of the Universities have their own English pathway, and specific English language courses designed for those willing to perfect their level of English before starting a university course in Australia. With a higher level of English you will be able to enjoy more and take advantage of a higher interaction within the university, with academic staff and other students.
